Cash as well as Debit, Visa and MasterCard will be accepted for payments in the clinic branches, if the payment is done via Telr Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay and American Express cards will be accepted for payment
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 can not use our services without the written consent of an adult guardian.

Delivery Policy
We deliver exclusively in Dubai, UAE, within a radius of 15km around our main branch location in DIP 1, after arranging date and time for the delivery with our front desk and by our own drivers.
The delivery is free of charge for orders of AED 350.– and above.
In case we agree with the customer to use a courier service, the costs of the courier service have to be covered by the customer. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made via Telr, the confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email, WhatsApp or SMS within 24 hours of receipt.
Refund Policy
Refund will be processed either via Bank transfer or Credit in the client account with the entity, one of the 2 options at client’s discretion within 7 working days.
Return Policy
Return of ordered and delivered goods is only possible within 7 days of receipt and if the products are damaged or the wrong products and after consultation with our head of front desk. Medicine and open food or treat bags can not be returned.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made via Bank transfer or Credit in the client account with the entity, one of the 2 options at client’s discretion, within 7 working days refund transfer will be completed.
